Which courier will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?

The couriers we use are Initial City Link,Parcelline, Parcel Force, Amtrak and TNT. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.00pm for orders based on SDC. We offer only door to door service. Our courier will not enter the premises unless a special delivery is arranged. We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within this time period please contact customer services by email at cs@Smarter-Education.co.uk and we will track the delivery for you.

Can we deliver to an alternative address?

We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.

What if i am not available to accept the delivery?

The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to five days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Where can we deliver to ...?

We generally deliver to mainland UK. Delivery can take up to a week in some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland. We can deliver worldwide provided the payment is made by bank transfer. Please do send us an email if you are an overseas customer with the product details and quantity together with the delivery address for a quote.
