Shipping and returns
We certainly hope that you are always pleased with your purchase from SMARTER-EDUCATION.
At the same time we appreciate and understand that there are some rare occasions when you do need to return goods to us. So here we list these rare occasions:
Goods Faulty on Arrival / Dead On Arrival
If you are reporting faulty goods: must be reported within 3 days of receipt. When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. For business customers, please refer to conditions of use page.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit: we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.
If your goods are missing parts/accessories upon delivery: we request that you report it to us within 3 days.
Goods Faulty in Warranty Period
Reporting faulty goods: then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. Note: carriage costs paid by the customer unless stated otherwise in the warranty. Most warranty covers the cost of carriage.
Used Stock/Clearance stock
Please note that our used stock is sold with 3 months warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 3 months of receipt will be refused. Please note item marked as clearance and used are not returnable once brought
If You Have Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers or Used Stock/Clearance stock ), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days (not for business customers), and the item can be sold again as new (unopened box), then you are entitled to return the goods to us following completion of the RMA form online. Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods are received in the condition described, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding the delivery charges paid at the time of ordering. Note: Return carriage costs paid by the customer.
Please note: In case of Returns, you must notify us via email, following this you will receive instructions to submit RMA, you must NOT return items without confirmation of RMA number. This will enable us to process your return quickly.
